Weekly Prompt Budget
How the Weekly Prompt Limit Works
Each plan includes a weekly prompt budget that determines how many AI prompts you can run per week. The budget resets automatically every Monday at 00:00 UTC.
- Test (Free): 5 prompts per week
- Basic: 25 prompts per week
- Brandmanager: 100 prompts per week
- Agency: Unlimited prompts
Unused prompts do not roll over to the next week. If you reach your limit, you can wait until Monday for the reset or upgrade to a higher plan for more capacity.
Platform Access
Which AI Platforms Are Included?
The AI platforms available to you depend on your subscription tier:
- Test (Free) & Basic: ChatGPT only — monitor your brand visibility in ChatGPT responses.
- Brandmanager & Agency: All 4 AI platforms — ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude. Get a complete picture of your brand's AI visibility across all major AI assistants.
Upgrading to Brandmanager or Agency unlocks cross-platform analysis, allowing you to compare how different AI systems reference your brand.
Credit Packs (Agency)
Additional Credits for Agency Plans
Agency plan subscribers can purchase additional credit packs for high-volume monitoring needs:

Credit packs are one-time purchases that are added to your account balance. They can be used for large-scale analysis runs across all supported AI platforms.
Upgrading Your Plan
How to Upgrade
You can upgrade your subscription at any time directly from your account:
- Log in to your AI Visibility Tool account.
- Navigate to the subscription or upgrade page.
- Select the plan you want to upgrade to.
- Complete the payment via Stripe — our secure payment processor.
When upgrading mid-billing cycle, your payment is prorated — you only pay the difference for the remaining days in the current period. Your new plan features are available immediately after the upgrade.
Stripe Customer Portal
Managing Your Subscription
All billing is handled through the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can:
- View and download past invoices
- Update your payment method (credit card, SEPA, etc.)
- Change or cancel your subscription
- Update your billing address
You can access the Stripe Customer Portal from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to all features until then.
Looker Studio & API
Available on All Plans
The Looker Studio integration and REST API are available on every plan, including the free Test tier. Every user can:
- Generate personal API keys for data access
- Connect their data to Google Looker Studio
- Build custom dashboards and reports
- Access analysis results programmatically via the REST API
The data available through the API reflects the platforms and prompts included in your plan. For example, free users will see ChatGPT data only, while Brandmanager and Agency users will see data from all four AI platforms.
